i've just installed and published it but when i try to do a search i get the following error message :

While I understand what this error message means, I don't have enough information to determine why the error is occuring!

The error means that for some reason, the query to the database is not working correctly for some reason. So instead of being able to combine the data retrieved from the database, there is no data and the combine (merge) fails giving you the error.

This usually occurs when an unknown variable is added to the equation like a different authorization system, an incompatible component, or a server setting isn't compatible. The only way I can compensate for the error is by seeing what your installation of Joomla is doing at the time of the error.

To be more specific, i use :

Joomla 1.0.13 stable
Fireboard 1.0.3 FireFlo rev.3.5
BlastChat
MyBlog 0.9.2 build 51
CommunityBuilder 1.1

I turned on "debug" from admin panel and when i did a search i got the foolowing error message after the search result :

Turn debug on and then perform a search that should return a result from the forum.

At the bottom of the page there should be a very long list of MySQL database queries. Please copy and paste those queries into your next reply.

Don't worry, there won't be any sensitive data in these queries. The same is not true if you listed the data from the login page...

Anyhow, I should be able to see from the queries what the problem is.

Sorry, I should have noticed it in your first post but it didn't occur to me...
You installed the JoomlaBoard SearchBot instead of the FireBoard SearchBot.

Please go to the download area and download the FireBoard SearchBot 1.2.1 package and install.

Again, I'm sorry I didn't notice it sooner and delayed your resolution.

Be sure to uninstall the JoomlaBoard SearchBot.
