I'm happy to announce that a new version of the JoomlaBoard SearchBot has been released. This is a feature enhancement release and utilizes the same stable coding used for JoomlaBoard SearchBot 1.0.2.

JoomlaBoard SearchBot 1.1.0 now offers the website administrator the ability to display forum category matches in addition to the normal forum message matches. The admin can control if the category results are shown and if so, before or after the message results. This feature will allow your users more opportunities to be active in your forums by finding entire categoried related to their query.

This is similar to the way that Joomla already displays section and category matches for content items.
