I have installed joomla board which went on flying. However, when I view the forum on the front-end I get this message. See below. Any ideas

Well, I'm no expert on JoomlaBoard so I don't know what is wrong exactly.
You may find more help at joomla.org or tsmf. I must admit that two shoes website isn't very supportive.

I'll try to help you locate the problem if I can.

Here are a few questions that will get us started.

• Did this error start as soon as you installed JoomlaBoard or was it later?


• What were the Joomla extensions you have installed since JoomlaBoard?


• What version of Joomla are you using?


• What version of JoomlaBoard are you using?


• Have you made any core hacks or edits recently?


• Do you have any reason to think that you may have been hacked?

It is odd that this kind of error would happen. The SearchBot doesn't access the file mentioned and it only reads the database, there isn't any data manipulation involved so I don't suspect database corruption. I honestly don't think that this is related to the SearchBot and you didn't indicate that you thought it was related so I won't look at that for now.

It looks more like your listcat.php file has become corrupt somehow. Did you edit it at all?

It is possible that you were hacked!

I am too receiving this array_merge warning:

I installed JoomlaBoard, Installed JoomlaBoard Search bot, created a forum topic, ran a search and that is the error. No harcks or anything just intalled and tested.

That is odd, I'm not sure what would cause that to be honest with you. I may have left out an error check for a specific situation. If your forum doesn't have any categories or posts in it, an error may be returned. I hadn't thought of it before but from the way that your error message is written and the line of code it points to, I think that that may be the problem.

If you do actually have categories and posts in your forum and you are getting this message, then let me know because there is something else wrong in that case.

I have a forum with two posts in it, and they keyowords should be matching.

Well, to figure out what might be going on here, I'm going to need you to give me more information. First, I need you to give me the version numbers of each relevant item:
Joomla Version
JoomlaBoard Version
JoomlaBoard SearchBot Version

Also, It would help to have the Debug information for the failed search.
First, turn on Debug in your system configuration.
Second, perform a search that would normally return the error you have been getting.
Third, copy and paste all of the debug information into a personal message to me.
