The are the result of a search that the user performed on these search engines. The search engine believed that a possible answer or match to the search term or phrase could be found on the Handy PHP page it returned.

When you perform a search on most search engines, you may notice that the address of the page that the results are on contains the search term you used. When you click on a search result, the address of the page the request came from can be captured so the webmaster knows whet search engine and search term was used when you found his site.
