Hi,
I realy nead a SearchBot for com_chordbase
It`s a great component for lyrics/chords sites but without working search it`s nothing.

The joomla component is on chordbase.com

Hey sorry for not replying sooner. I had hoped to have a SearchBot developed for you before now but I have had a very busy summer and have gotten behind on my projects. I hope to begin on this project once I get caught up. You are currently number three in line.

When you download the component ChordBase 0.8-a4 from here:
www.chordbase.com/component/option,com_d...ew/gid,67/Itemid,42/

you have to make the two little fixes described here: www.chordbase.com/component/option,com_j...view/id,201/catid,4/
to make it work right.

I intend to develop this SearchBot soon but due to a recent change in my work schedule, I have had trouble finding enough time to work on it.

I hope to have it done soon.

ChordBase SearchBot 1.0.0 Completed.

Ran a number of tests and wasn't able to detect any bugs.

The ChordBase component seems pretty limited in functionality. I hope someone will release a new version or create a better component for this type of system.
